Introduction
At Noodle Design, LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely pleased with a product you purchased from us, we are here to help.
Return Window
- Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Return
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Process for Returns
- Request a Return: To initiate a return, please email us at info@noodledesign.co with your order number and reason for return.
- Return Approval: Once your return is reviewed and approved, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Sending the Item Back: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and inform you whether the refund was approved or not.
- Refund Method: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
- Timing: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exchanges
- Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at info@noodledesign.co to arrange for a replacement.
Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
